Sadly made this order back in April for a friends daughters birthday, she had purchased Banwood scooters for her kids and family friends and never had an issue. Unfortunately for us it's been months of chasing updates on an unfulfilled order. There's been no communication, no refund, no update. Absolutely appalling customer service. I have made multiple requests to cancel the order and requested a refund and nothing!!! Complete silence, sharing my experience so another person can save themselves from this experience
My son is only 18 months old and has been obsessed with scooters. We thought this one might be too big but we left the handle at the lowest setting and it’s the perfect size for him! He loves and asks for it every time we leave the house.
I ordered an “in stock” scooter, along with a matching basket and flower pins (which were on order expected delivery mid June 2026) two months ago. When I contacted Banwood Australia concerned about the status of my order, they apologised for the delay & offered to send the scooter with a replacement wicker basket however, they still have not sent the scooter and have not responded to emails, chat or phone contact (since 30 June). I am extremely disappointed with the response from Banwood.
This product has not arrived. Banwood customer service is absolutely terrible! I needed this order to arrive by 1st of June for my child’s birthday and I have not received it. I will never order another product from your business. I tried email contact, Facebook, Instagram and had no response. I have shared this awful experience with my connections.
I ordered an “in stock” scooter and helmet with express shipping two months ago and haven’t received anything. No scooter, no refund and no email reply. The Banwood website is now showing the scooter to be in stock but still no update on our end? It was for my daughter’s birthday which has well and truly passed.
