All purchases made through the Banwood Market are final. We do not accept returns on products purchased through the Banwood Marketplace
Many products are ready to ship straight away. These items are generally shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Depending on your location you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 days after dispatch.
Some products marked PRE-ORDER are currently being checked and prepared at our warehouse, order containinng pre-order items will be dispatched between 2nd-10th of December with plenty of time to to get to you before Christmas.
If your order contains both ready to ship and pre-order items your order will be shipped all together during the pr-order dispatch window.
Yes, all products sold through the Banwood Market are covered under a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty will not cover any minor blemishes, scratches, bumps or scrapes. As with our regular warranty misuse and weather related damage is also not covered.
